Spur Tree Oxtail Seasoning gives you all the flavours of country cooked oxtail, with the simplest of preparation, using the finest, freshest local ingredients and a little love!
INGREDIENTS: Water, Onion, Scallion, Cane Vinegar, Salt, Thyme, Caramel Colour, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Brown Sugar, Molasses, Ginger, Pimento (Allspice), Approved Spices, Xanthan Gum, & Sodium Benzoate (Preservative) GREAT FOR: Oxtail and all Stews (Beef, Pork, and Chicken) Directions Using 2 oz spur tree oxtail seasoning per lb of meat coat well and refrigerate for 2 hours, heat oil in pot, and brown meat for 10 minutes turning regularly. Add water to cover meat cover and simmer on low heat 3-5 hours until fully cook, checking water level regularly (for best result cooked in pressure cooker for 30 minutes) Add canned butter bean 5 minutes before the end of cooking time
